Kunal Yashvardhan
Kunal Yashvardhan
Kunal brings in over two decades of subject matter expertise in translating the Business Strategy to a People Strategy and thereby transforming employee workforce dynamics to well-structured high performing teams with a vested interest in organizational success.
He has traversed from the struggles as well as the passionate enjoyment of being an entrepreneur to having worked in leadership roles in the IT/ITES, Banking, Telecom and Legal Services space.
He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta.
Kunal is a strong proponent of mindfulness being the key to success, a doctrine he lives out through his interests in reading, meditation, yoga, sports, and travel.

Namita Sinha

Namita is a seasoned HR professional with entrepreneurial outlook and an extensive hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition across bands, levels, skills and Industries. She brings two decades of experience and expertise in Key Leadership Hiring, Technology Hiring in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance space. An Expert in scaling up organizations for diverse talent needs, Setting up Leadership teams, Enabling functions, Digital Transformation Talent, Operations, Business Excellence and Risk & Compliance.
She is an adept at managing the complete resourcing lifecycle. Working with senior leadership, keeping forth the business objective. She has been instrumental in strategizing for organisational talent needs and onboarding talent ahead of time.
Namita is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Human Resources.
She has played Talent Acquisition leadership roles in various large third party organisations and GICs like Genpact, Encore Capital Group, CPA Global and Sun Life Financial in India.

Gautam Bhushan

Gautam comes with three decades of experience in leading Business and Learning & Development including establishing businesses in the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent.

His experience ranges across multiple industries including consulting, telecom, pharmaceuticals, micro finance, BPO and banking.

He holds a Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Management.

He has a myriad range of interests outside of work which include krav maga, horse riding and super bikes. He also holds a Pilot’s License for Paragliding and dabbles in the concepts and practices of ancient Indian philosophy.

Kapil Arora joins team PeopleBOT from Canada, he brings to the table over two decades of experience with customer relation & HR operations. Kapil is a people Leader & HR Business Strategist, with extensive knowledge of Global HR operation. He has successfully set up & managed HR shared services in emerging markets of India, North America, EMEA and APAC regions.
A complete family man, Kapil believes in giving back to the society, a cause close to his heart. He believes in sharing the knowledge that he has gained over the years and enjoys mentoring his team. He lives by the philosophy that one can be successful if you find someone to help you learn how to make it happen.
His spare time is spent with his kids and wife. An impromptu long drive fuels his passion for seeing new places. A foodie at heart and music lover.

Gopi Sabharwal joins our team from UAE, based in Dubai. She brings more than 15 years of experience in Talent Sourcing and Executive Search, Training & Facilitation and Competency Based Assessment. She is a proud IBM alumna and has held responsible positions across India, Singapore and UAE. She has worked with managerial talent at all levels, and across geographies.
Gopi is an outstanding connector and attributes her success to her client centric thinking, strategic and meaningful networking abilities, and intuitive understanding of people and what makes them tick. She believes if anything is worth doing, is worth doing well or not do it at all. She is able to create win-win solutions for all stakeholders and that makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Gopi lives in Dubai, is married to Gaurav, and together they travel to unexplored destinations to explore themselves and enjoy discovering new places, playing chess and spending time with their five year old daughter Saira.

Jay has over two decades of versatile experience in leading the Global HR Shared Services function managing the entire employee life cycle management from hire to
retire for employees spread over 20 countries across the globe. His experience includes setting up the shared services as a Centre of Excellence to deliver
organisational objectives through efficiency and centralisation of HR processes.
During his last role with an IP company, he led and managed global implementation
of two HR ERP’s, Oracle HRMS and Workday.
While Jay is a Post Graduate in Lifesciences and holds Masters of Philosophy from Jawahar Lal University but his career in HR was driven and guided by passion for people.
He volunteers for social causes and in recent times has developed a passion for cooking for his kids.

Dr. Sanjay Salooja

Dr. Sanjay Salooja is a sought after senior management leadership development expert. He has spent about 30 years in the field of corporate learning. Having worked with over 1,00,000 leaders, he uses the insights gained to help senior leaders overcome challenges to be more successful​.
He has spent over 10 years deeply researching on what causes behavioural change in a leader and the organisation. The source of his research is embedded in Applied Behavioural Science. Having applied the tools and techniques with multiple leaders and cultures, he has distilled it all into simple frameworks. His work has constantly shown that even a tiny shift in ones behaviour can create achievements one can't imagine​
He along with his team of trainers, coaches, content managers, subject matter experts and trainers help clients with cultural transformation, leadership development journeys, executive coaching, identification and development of high potential employees

Mandeep Singh Baweja

Mandeep brings over two decades of experience and a solid track record of driving business strategy, transformation & leading large teams. Prior to PeopleBOT, Mandeep worked as Country Head and P&L leader for one of the largest IP Tech & Services companies. His diverse experience and span include Leadership & People roles with startups as well as global MNCs in the IT/ITES, Aviation and Consulting space.
Mandeep is an alumnus of IIM-Calcutta and The Swedish Institute.
He is an indulgent father, passionate gardener, a dog lover and frequently travels to unwind.

Aman Khanna

Aman, who runs the UK Office for PeopleBOT brings to the table over two decades of work experience with multiple hardware and Fintech start-ups in the US as well as a large BPO with global operations.
His skillsets range from Technology to Sales and Business Management.
He travels extensively and is a self-professed expert on the culture and cuisines of the world. He loves adventure sports like bungee, sky diving and swimming with sharks.

The PeopleBOT Way

CSR
At PeopleBOT we view giving back as a core part of our ‘existence’ and it is an integral part of our hiring process. In addition, we encourage members of the PeopleBOT team to spend two days in a week on CSR activities. Furthermore 10% of our profits are pledged to a series of causes. We also welcome suggestions from our clients to donate a part of the profits from their projects to a charity of their choice.
